Holistic therapy has been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. My mom was always reading about healthy eating, practicing organic gardening and dragging us along on her nature hikes. I guess I started paying attention to natural solutions back then. I didn't choose body work as my first career but through the years, it has sort of chosen me.

In 2001, I moved back "home" after years living in Colorado. While out there, I began my training in reiki and aromatherapy. When I moved back I trained in massage therapy according to Ohio's standards. I've attended the Oakes School of Massage Therapy and the Carnegie Institute of Applied Medicine. I am now a licensed massage therapist in the state of Ohio, a reiki master and am certified in hypnosis, fitness training, pregnancy and infant massage and aromatherapy.

In 2007, I moved into the new studio space in downtown Canton above 2nd April Galerie. This new office space allows me to combine my businesses, art and bodywork. If you haven't been downtown for awhile, come down and look around. The gallery downstairs is full of amazing artwork mostly from local artists, and is the hub of the new downtown Canton arts district. And my studio upstairs provides an interesting combination of artist's studio with a separate room for bodywork.

When I'm not working, I enjoy art, cycling and dragging friends along on nature hikes, thanks mom.
